Exeter Chamber Choir
In the beautiful setting of Newton St Cyres Church, come and enjoy a wonderful evening of varied music in the 400th anniversary year of the death of William Byrd, directed by Andrew Daldorph.
La La Choir Singing Workshop
As part of the musical celebration there will be a Concert at the Church on Saturday 24th June at 7.30pm. Members of the public also have the unique opportunity to take part in this concert by attending the afternoon workshop run by La La’s very own Choir Director, Sam Abrahams. The afternoon's activities will include fun vocal technique work and learning a song to perform at the evening concert.
TANO TAIKO Drumming event
Come and see this spectacular Taiko Drumming display and have opportunities to ‘give it a go’!
From ancient times the taiko was used in Japan for communicating with allies, frightening pests away from crops, and inspiring morale in battling soldiers. It also played an important role in festivals, rainmaking rituals, and the lively dancing of the bon odori.
TAIKO South West will bring 15 drums and drummers, give 3 performances, and offer a ‘have a go’ session in between each set
JAZZ DECO at the Parish Hall
Inspired by the music of the 1920s to 1940s, Music Deco features local musicians Andrew
Daldorph (piano) Kate Walker (vocals) and Chris Gradwell (sax/clarinet). Their cabaret style entertaining performances feature the music of the greats of the Deco era, including Noel Coward and George Gershwin. A stylish and memorable evening lies ahead......
EXETER UKELELE CLUB
We play at various pubs and events and we’ll have 12 extra Ukeleles for anyone to join in with us! Beginners are welcome. Our music book has a wide range of music, something for everyone! So come and listen, sing, clap - and play if you want to join in this family event
FUN AT FAIRVIEW
‘Music All the Way’ with Rock Bands, Solo Guitar Players. Line up includes ‘Old Skool Rox’, and ‘House of Kane’ – and more to come…

......is an advanced Exeter School group developing individual and collective creativity in Jazz, Blues, Rock, Funk, R&B, Pop, Folk and World Music. This young 10-piece band is bringing us an exciting repertoire across the musical spectrum with instruments including Bass Guitar, Trumpet, Piano, Cello, Alto Sax, Percussion and more! Check out some of the music they’ll be playing: ‘ T-Bone Shuffle’ (T-Bone Walker), ‘’Footprints – W Shorter, ‘Cissy Strut’ – Neville, Nocentelli, Porter, Modeliste Jr.

Come and join us for an afternoon of great music, dancing and guaranteed laughter as we teach you some Ballroom Strictly moves and party all afternoon .

THE hONKY tONKY tASTER SESSION AND HOW TO BOOK
Just wear comfortable clothes, any low-heel footwear, and a big smile! Line dancing is the perfect fun exercise for improving coordination and balance as well as brain memory. So come and give it a go, sing along if you wish, and just ENJOY!
